A New History Has Been Created In The Indian Film Industry! Baahubali 2 Enters 1000 Crores Club!

No one will forget the date 7th May 2017, as Baahubali 2 has created a new record in history of Indian cinema. Due to its magical run, Baahubali 2 (All versions) could achieve something IMPOSSIBLE. Well, the Prabhas, Rana Daggubati and Anushka Shetty starrer has collected a whopping 1000 crores and this has happened for the first time in 105 years.

This record was achieved today morning and trade analysts gave a confirmation of the same. Since the time it has hit the screens, some or the other record has been broken, but this one is indeed a big and a special one.

Here’s what Ramesh Bala tweeted about the collections;

Yes, Baahubali 2 (All versions) has collected around 800 crores in India and 200 crores overseas; the total has now crossed 1000 crores (In just 9 days) and we don’t think this record would be broken in the next few years at least.

Usually, movies create history by achieving 200 crores or 300 crores club, but in case of Baahubali 2, it’s directly the 1000 crores club.
